HOW TO PAY?

Instructions are the same for the deposit and for the remainder of the payment. First please read the payment conditions and general terms of service in the bottom section.

PAYING IN CASH

If you happen to be in the neighborhood you can also pay in cash. This will get you a discount of 3%. The discount will be taken into consideration at the payment of the total price. For the discount to be put into effect, the payment in cash is necessary for the deposit as well as for the remainder of the payment.

How to pay?
Visit our head office at Pražakova 12 in Ljubljana, and pay for the surf or snow camp required. We are opened Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00.

TERMS OF SERVICE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT

Payment of the deposit assures you the participation in the chosen Ujusansa camp. The purpose of the deposit is to attract only serious candidates. The deposit is not returned in case of your cancellation but it can be used for another Ujusansa camp within a one year period. If Ujusansa camp is canceled from our side, then you get your deposit back. At the reservation of the participation in any Ujusansa camp the deposit in the amount of 50€ has to be paid within 7 days after you fill out the application form.

SURFING

The rest of the payment has to be paid 14 days prior to departure. In case of the candidate's cancellation of the participation in a Surf Camp the payment will be returned in interdependence with the time of the cancellation:
1.    Up to 14 days prior to the departure the entire payment excluding the deposit will be returned
2.    Up to 7 days prior to the departure 60% of the payment will be returned
3.    Up to 3 days prior to the departure 30% of the payment will be returned
4.    Less then 3 days prior to the departure no payment will be returned

SKIING, SNOWBOARDING AND SNOW CAMPS & TRIPS

The rest of the payment has to be paid 21 days prior to departure. In case of the candidate's cancellation of the participation in a Snow Camp the payment will be returned in interdependence with the time of the cancellation:
1.    90 days prior to the departure 90% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
2.    90-22 days prior to the departure 70% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
3.    21-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
4.    14-8 days prior to the departure 20% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
5.    7-1 days prior to the departure 0% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned
6.    On the day of departure or later 0% of the price of the snow camp without the lift ticket price will be returned

MISCELLANEOUS

In case of the cancellation of the participation in the Ujusansa camps all the expenses resulting the application regardless the cancellation will have to be covered. In all cases of the cancellation, when the candidate cancels the participation and finds another candidate on his own, the whole payment will be returned.

THE POSSIBILITY OF CANCELLATION MADE BY UJUSANSA

Ujusansa reserves the right to cancel the definite camp (in case of not enough applications, other unforeseeable circumstances etc.). In that case one can apply to some other Ujusansa camp or one can cancel the participation for the whole return of the payment (including deposit).

INSURANCE

The insurance of the cancellation of the participation of the Ujusansa camp is possible. The cost of 20€ needs to be paid in advance. The insurance covers the expenses risen from the cancellation of the participation, which means that the whole payment will be returned. The insurance can be put into effect only with the presentation of a health certificate.
